Hosted by the critically acclaimed DJ Karl Tsigdinos, this show brings together the finest Punk, Garage Rock, Power Pop, New Wave, Rhythm & Blues, and much more. If it’s noisy, rebellious, and rocks, you’ll find it on Shakin’ Street.
Karl Tsigdinos is one of Ireland’s best-known broadcasters and journalists, with a rich history in radio. Fans of Shakin’ Street will remember it from its early days on Today FM, where it became a hit with both critics and listeners. Karl’s diverse career has seen him present legendary shows like River of Soul on Today FM, Rock ‘n’ Roll Friday on 4FM, and many more on RTE Gold, RTE Radio 1, and 2FM.
Every December, Karl also graces the airwaves with the popular drive-time show on Christmas FM. Known as “Uncle Karl,” he is a true purveyor of fine music, curating a playlist that will have you moving, grooving, and rocking out each week.
