Using Positive Psychology for Family Wellbeing with Fiona Forman Feedzy

This week on Perfectly Imperfect Parenting Mary was joined by Fiona Forman. Fiona spent more than 30 years as a primary school teacher but is now a trainer in the areas of well-being and Positive Psychology. She is author of two schools-based wellbeing programmes: ‘Welcome to Wellbeing’ and ‘Wired for Wellbeing’, and her latest book is called ‘Braver Than you Believe: A parent’s guide to Building Children’s Resilience’.  Fiona joined Mary to tell us a little about Positive Psychology, and how we can use it to improve our families’ wellbeing.
