Raising Girls Who Thrive with Hayley Rice

This week on Perfectly Imperfect Parenting Mary was joined by Hayley Rice. Originally a primary school teacher, Hayley went on to qualify in play therapy, psychotherapy, and child and parent relationship therapy! Hayley joined Mary to talk about Raising Girls Who Thrive.

While we acknowledge that every child is unique, research and neuroscience indicate that boys and girls may encounter distinct challenges. I plan to address more issues specifically related to boys later this year; however, in this chat we explore some of the challenges faced by girls, how as parents we may interact differently with our girls, and the impact that can have on their development.
